Inactive/Expired Comcast Business Card

Went to use our Comcast business Gift Card and it would not work, when I logged into the tpscard website it showed as Inactive and we only received this 5 months ago, is there anyway to have a new one re-issued or to reactive our current card

Hi there @user_07a3f0 We definitely want to make sure you get the gift card you need! When being signed into your online account, have you visited our Comcast Business Fulfillment site to track the status of your card?

Yes it shows it as Status Authorized but when I go to tpscard.com it shows as Card Status: Closed with only a balance reversal on it.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, you can also go to https://business.comcast.com/support/article/account-management/visa-prepaid-card-fulfillment-for-comcast-business-customers and click on the Comcast Business Fulfillment link, if it still shows the same information, I would recommend that you contact our business department directly so they can look deeper into your gift card concerns.-Richard
