Immediate Account Cancellation - Yang Mythos USA Inc [Edit]

To Comcast Business Support,

I am writing as the authorized representative of Yang Mythos USA Inc to formally request the immediate cancellation of all services associated with account [Edited: "Personal Information"] at the service address: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Please note the following:

  • Business Status: The company has ceased operations and the office has been closed.

  • Termination Date: I request the service to be terminated effective immediately.

  • Equipment: I am aware of the equipment return policy; however, I am unable to retrieve or return the leased equipment (Modem/Gateway) due to the office closure. Please bill the "Unreturned Equipment Fee" directly to our final statement. I accept these charges to expedite the closing of this account.

  • Final Bill: Please send the final consolidated bill (including any prorated charges and equipment fees) via email to: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Please provide a Cancellation Confirmation Number once this request has been processed. I will not be retaining any phone numbers associated with this account.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number by clicking the  "direct messaging" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message. Click "Sign In", if necessary 

 

Click the "Direct Message " icon in the top right corner

 

Click the  "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 
The  "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person" Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

 

 As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select 
"Comcast Business" from that list   "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
