I need urgent help resolving a billing issue with my account I've canceled my account and returned the equipment.

Dear Comcast Business Customer Relations,

I am writing to formally request the resolution of a billing issue with my account (#xxxxxxxx[Edited: "Personal Information"]). On 10/8/2024, I submitted a signed cancellation request for my Comcast Business account (#xxxxxxxxxx[Edited: "Personal Information"]), and I returned two pieces of equipment as part of this cancellation process. The three forms are attached.
Despite these actions, I continue to be charged for services in the past two months. 


The details of my case are as follows:
- Cancellation request submitted on 10/8/2024
- Equipments returned on:  10/15/24 (modem router) and 10/25/24 (phone equipment)] (Please find attached copies of the return receipts or confirmation of the equipment return)
- Charges still applied: Nov 4th, 2024 $84.11 and $176.44 on 12/4/24

I have called several times and made every effort to comply with Comcast Business’s cancellation procedures, yet my account continues to reflect charges that should no longer apply. I kindly request the following:
1. Immediate confirmation of the cancellation of my account.
2. A full refund of the charges applied after the account was canceled.
3. Confirmation that my account balance will reflect zero moving forward.

Please respond to this email as soon as possible with confirmation that this issue has been resolved. If it is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter with external agencies such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift resolution.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
 • or https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
 • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
 • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it"
