I just wanted to change my phone number and now my bill quadripled.

I have called customer service to correct my bill. I simply wanted to change a phone number. Your representative cancelled the service, with a phone traded in on it. Since your rep cancelled and did not change the phone number, that triggered the full balance being due. The supervisor said although it was their mistake, they cannot fix it. I need to pay $1100 this month instead of $250. FOUR TIMES MORE. I spoke to 3 different reps and all the same thing -they see the mistake, it was theirs, they cannot fix it, pay the bill or your service is disconnected. And here I am looking for someone there to say - gee, we can fix that and we are sorry for any inconvenience on our part. Well Comcast Business, please be reputable and correct this immediately.

Hello, @user_097550. Thank you for taking the time to visit our Comcast Business community forum with this billing and service concern. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd be happy to see what our team can do to help! Our access to business accounts and billing details can be limited, but we do have some options of escalating concerns that remain unresolved, so we'll gladly take a closer look. It looks like you've already sent a direct message, so we'll reply to you there shortly.

Please just note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, and I look forward to assisting you further.
