How to file a complaint for bad comcast Rep

From the moment the comcast representative arrived at my business on Thursday, August 07 2025,  he had a very rude attitude. I thought he was having a bad day, I understand that we all have those days sometimes.  But I never expected that when he left, he would leave a review on my business website insulting me.  I will not tolerate this. It is Absolutely unacceptable.   This is part of a letter he left on the review:

"""   The owner of this establishment is a straight JERK !!!!!!. awhile back I was working in a building next door an I was parked in front of this place on the public street and he tried to come outside and have me move because I was blocking customers from parking again on a public street.... So today, I had the pleasure of going to his establishment to do some work  """

Note: These spaces are 10 min parking.  With a clearly sign on the street.
