How do I find our Comcast Business account manager?

I'm posting this in under connectivity because we are currently experiencing connectivity issues.

When we had first signed up, I recall somewhere on our home screen it said Account Manager with a name and contact (email). That person is no longer with Comcast, and I am not sure who our actual account manager is any more - I also cannot find that section in my home screen. Our former manager's manager initially said they would be the contact, but they haven't responded to me in over a month.

Please advise.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:   • Click "Sign In" if necessary  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window  • Press Enter to send your message

When I type "xfinity support", or even just "xfinity", into the recipient (or To) section, nothing shows up in the drop down. I don't even get any results when I search your username "comcast_sheila".

I apologize. The steps for Business is a bit different:

 

To send a "Direct Message" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business": 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
 • or https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
 • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
 • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it"
