How do I change address/ATTN information within payment coupon section of invoice?

The address block in the payment coupon section of our invoice is set up like this:

 

Company Name

ATTN:  Name of person who is no longer at the company

Street Address

City, State  Zip

 

How can I get the "ATTN:  Name of person who is no longer at the company" field changed to my name?  I created an account on Comcast Business but can't find that field anywhere.  The bills don't come to me in a timely manner because they have to be routed around to several people before someone realizes that I'm the new contact.  Thanks for any help with this!  I tried to call the 800 support number, but because I don't know the phone number that was initially set up by "Name of person who is no longer at the company" I can't get anywhere with the menu from HE//.
