How can I reopen a closed ticket?
The technician closed the ticket because they didn't have access to the building IDF. I believe they should have escalated it, and I don't want to sit through the automated phone support again.

Were we trying to rewire to improve services, and are you in an apartment complex/townhouse area where access to the network equipment is restricted?

This is in a government building. The phone service isn't working, so a technician was called. I now have a contact at the building who can escort a technician to the IDF.
