Horrible Technician
A technician came out today (10/02/25). The staff member scheduled to meet him was delayed by just one minute due to traffic. Despite this, the technician raised his voice at my staff. Although he claimed he was there to help, he did not resolve any issues. When my staff asked him to lower his voice so as not to disturb customers, he instead mocked her. Terrible experience and will reconsider continuing their service

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it"
