HOA Admin - Trying to get multiple cables buried in a neighborhood
Multiple cable lines have been left in yards and road between 6 months and a year. No resolution has been given and cables have not been buried. Please advise. The lines are obviously not our account as we are a business but the residents of the community have looked to us for help. Landscape companies have been worried that they will cut the lines and some walkers have reported tripping on the lines. Thank you.

@BuckheadNorthHOA1 We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums. The residents of your community who have unburied lines would need to reach out to us directly, our Xfinity Forums are a great way for them to do that since we are able to continue to monitor and follow up with them until the lines are confirmed as buried. It would be an individual ticket for each home that has a line and we do need to speak with the account holder to open those tickets.
