Help converting from Comcast Business to Residential

Hello! I am needing support to convert my Comcast Business account to residential. I’ve called both Business and Residential support, and reps typically point me to each other. I am out of contract and would like to transfer to residential service with no/minimal interruption to service. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
