user_a17b56 Thank you so much for help with your IP. If you have been blocked/blacklisted by our security team you may have received and email from us with more information on why. You can also reach out to them directly in a few ways. If you check out their page here our Customer Security Assurance team will be able to better assist.

I havent been blacklisted by comcast that I can tell, but my IP is in a block of blacklisted IP's on UCEPROTECT network.
