Getting Contract Details?

Hi Comcast,

 

I've spoken to a few representatives and have received conflicting information regarding the status of my contract and the amount I would be required to pay should I terminate my account. I never received this information when I signed up and would like to have a hard copy for my business records.

 

Please do not sent me to retentions as they are the ones giving me different numbers each time I call. I'd just like to know exactly what my contract states in terms of expiration and ETF/fees. Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide.
