FORMAL ESCALATION REQUEST – Unresolved Comcast Business Account Issue

We have been working with Comcast Business representatives for more than one year attempting to correct issues with our account. Despite numerous calls, representatives, tickets and escalations, the account remains incorrect and we have not received a satisfactory resolution.

At this point, we are requesting that this matter be immediately escalated to Comcast Business Corporate Escalations / Executive Customer Relations and assigned to a single person with the authority to review the complete history of the account and resolve the outstanding issues.

We are no longer looking for another frontline customer service representative to review the issue. We need an escalation owner who can review the account history, identify what went wrong, make the necessary corrections, and provide us with a written resolution.

Business: M2 Transport
Account #:  [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Service Address: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Primary Contact: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Phone: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Email: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

We can provide the complete history of correspondence, ticket numbers, invoices and documentation upon request.

Please confirm receipt of this escalation and provide the name and direct contact information of the person assigned to resolve this matter. This has been going on for WAY too long and we need answers.

Thank you,

Naji

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our Business forums. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "direct messaging" icon in the upper right side of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• - A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
