Formal Corporate Escalation Request – Billing Dispute

I am requesting an immediate Corporate Business Escalation / Executive Customer Relations review of an unresolved billing dispute.

I have now contacted Comcast Business multiple times regarding an incorrect $201.28 past-due balance. I have complete documentation showing the payments were made.

Frontline representatives have repeatedly refused to provide a method for submitting my documentation. I am now being called and asked to verbally go through payments one by one, including check numbers and amounts. Even after I provide the requested information, I am being asked questions such as whether the payment was made by check or credit card, despite the fact that I have already stated repeatedly that these were check payments.

This is not a reasonable way to investigate a payment-history dispute. I am not asking frontline representatives to have me reconstruct Comcast's accounting verbally. I am asking Comcast to review its payment records against my documentation and determine how the payments were posted, misapplied, or otherwise accounted for.

Please have Corporate Business Escalations take ownership of this matter. I am requesting:

  1. A formal escalation/case number.

  2. A secure method to submit my payment documentation.

  3. A complete review of the account payment history.

  4. A written reconciliation explaining the disputed $201.28 balance.

  5. Review of the repeated handling of this matter by frontline representatives, including the chat transcript and calls.

I have spent significant time repeatedly providing the same information and still have no way to submit the documentation that would allow Comcast to resolve the dispute.

Please do not route this back to general customer service. I am specifically requesting Corporate Business Escalations / Executive Customer Relations.
