Exchange and Domain reg fees...
- One Time Charges: DOMAIN REGISTRATION FEE - Prorated$3.85
- One Time Charges: MULTISITE OUTLOOK EMAIL - Prorated$9.01
I only have one domain, was not informed it would cost. Only have 2 email boxes now, it added a third when attempting to add an alias and I just figured out how to remove it.
Can someone look into these charges on my account please and thank you.

Hello,
I have yet to hear back from anyone about this issue. Please update me on the status or have someone reach out to me ASAP, this is now multiple months of this issue and no one can help or be bothered to contact me back? Let's get on the ball and get this fixed ASAP, I'm tired of paying extra for serivices I'm not even using.
