error message when click on payment

I am trying to make a payment either a one time quick pay OR via my account sign in. Both ways I get an error message with no explanation or suggestion on how to troubleshoot.  It will just say "Sorry! Something went wrong".

Also, I have been paying my bills for years, not new to paying either way.

Are you using the XFINITY App or the website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview?

Have you tried both, or using a different device and web browser to see if that error persist?
