Email account deleted and after 48 hours trying to recreate it with the same email, it´s impossible

 

 

We deleted a business Class Portal webmail address by mistake, now we are trying to recreate it with the same email, but  after 48 hours it's telling me "The email address selected is already registered, please select another email address".

 

So apparently deleting the account didn't actually delete it.   We have a ticket open to solve this but nobody contacted us in 3 days..

 

Anyone with suggestions?  Thanks.
