ebills stopped
We have 15+ accounts that suddenly stopped receiving ebills. I used to get an email each month with a link to login. About 6-7 weeks ago this stopped. Now we have a bunch of late accounts since it took a while to realize it and we started receiving past due notices. Nothing is being blocked/filter or in spam. I know there were some billing system changes, but is anyone aware of the issue of people no longer receiving email notifications of bills? I can provide as many account numbers as you need.

"comcast_business_community" shows no results. comcast_business comes up as do a bunch of other comcast_ names, but not the one you specified. Is there another one I can use?

The direct message/chat method does not seem to be the way to get this resolved. Its been 90 minutes and I haven't gotten past the "whats the service address" and that you guys have limited access to information. I can't get anyone on the phone outside of a call center where they don't understand my issue. So I am back to square 1. :/
