Early termination charges??
I have to disconnect my service early due to moving. How do I get the early termination monthly charges waived? No other utility does anything like this when you stop service. The monthly fees are significant with a year or more left in the “contract”. I am extremely dissatisfied with Comcast’s response to this so far. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Please advise.

Hi there, @user_bdf10f, thank you for taking the time to post on our Comcast Business Forums. I am sad to hear you will be disconnecting your services due to an upcoming move. Have you reviewed the area you are moving to and is transferring services an option for you?

Thank you for confirming that infromation, @user_bdf10f. I understand you are unhappy with the Early Termination Fees. We certainly want to ensure we get you in touch with someone to assist you with these concerns. We have limited options regarding account and billing specific details on these platforms. Have you already reached out to our Comcast Business phone support team?

Yes. They said I either pay the fees or find someone to transfer service to.

What are the termination fees? We have a business account, but we are closing the business due to the major economy problems.

I am having the same issue, and they would want to charge me $490 for canceling the agreement.
The worst customer support, and I will switch all five lines and+ business internet.
We want to cancel because we are unable to pay the amount, and the business no longer makes a profit, but it would still charge you that amount of money.
All of those do not make any sense.
