Do email notifications work on this forum?

I'm trying to deal with support via direct message (DM), but I do not receive email notifications when someone responds to the DM.  I've now missed information about a technician visiting the support site because I cannot manually check for messages every hour.

I've checked my forum preferences and I'm opted into email notifications. I've also checked my spam folder and can confirm that they are not being sent.

Do they work for anyone else?
