Disconnecting service

I would liek to disconnect my service on 7/27/2015, the end of m contract terms however I have noticed that comcast does not always honor these requests and customers are charged fees that they shouldn't. I want send comcast a notice of service termination at the end of contract, what are the steps needed to get this process started?

Hello shank15217 and welcome,

 

You need tyo contact 800-391-3000, use disconnect services option, explain your disconnect issue to the disconnect agent and that agent will get the neccessary disconnect form out to you for you authorization and approval.
