Difficulty need extension and have not received $250 gift card been 4 months

Hello I was told that I could get a billing extensiong, wouldn't need it if my $250 Gift card would have been sent. I signed up with the understanding that I would receive $250  over a month ago...smh very disappointing. I would really like someone to answer my requests and let me know were my gift card is? Thank you
