COMCAST Business is nightmare, last 2 weeks I’m trying to get right person in customer service and they keep transferring my call to one representative to another and I have to repeat everything again and again each representative , I’m trying to call and emails to who sold this monster Comcast to me he even not replying to me anymore, rep name is [Edited: "Personal Information"], project manager is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and account manager is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and no one responding me , [Edited: "Solicitation"]
