Contract renewal
I signed a contract for renewal in March and have been given the run around since and most recently told the rate on the contract is not available with no solution offered. I have been a customer for over 7 years and am extremely frustrated with the lack of care to resolve this. I cannot keep spending my time and money for a higher rate than agreed to and need this to be resolved now.

@user_540076 My apologies for the frustration this has caused you. I'm sorry to hear of your ongoing concerns with your contract terms. For contract and bill concerns this must be resolved by calling in at 1-800-391-3000.
