comcast is a no show for 2 days - no phone service

Business phones out for several days.  Comcast promises to come out to fix but they do not do so.  They keep telling us they are coming out & do not.  No commerce at my business due to loss of services.  Why do the reps keep; lying as to when they will be here to fix phone signals.  Please do not say you will be here between the hours of.... & ...., then not show up at all.

Must be a better phone service somewhere.
