Comcast Business Rewards Card Question

I received my Comcast Business rewards card in the mail today.  I promptly called into to activate the new card, but was told that there is a zero balance on the card.  Does that mean that there are no funds loaded on the rewards card?  It should have a $500 balance per the service agreement provided at the time the new services were ordered.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
