Comcast business portal will not let me pay or setup autopay
We added a new Comcast Business Internet account at one of our locations and we cannot seem to setup autopay or even pay our bill thorugh the existing Comcast Business portal.
When we log into the portal and hit the hamburger icon in the top left and switch account, we can select the account, but on here it just shows "Your Comcast Team" and it has our sales rep and contact information. I emailed her a few times and haven't heard anything.
All of our other sites show the services, the current amount due, past bills in PDF form, ability to do speed tests, voice settings (where we have voice services), etc... But this one account doesn't show ANYTHING. We can't even pay and now have a past due balance because of it.
Please help since we cannot interact with the account.
