Comcast business portal will not let me pay or setup autopay

We added a new Comcast Business Internet account at one of our locations and we cannot seem to setup autopay or even pay our bill thorugh the existing Comcast Business portal.

When we log into the portal and hit the hamburger icon in the top left and switch account, we can select the account, but on here it just shows "Your Comcast Team" and it has our sales rep and contact information.  I emailed her a few times and haven't heard anything.

All of our other sites show the services, the current amount due, past bills in PDF form, ability to do speed tests, voice settings (where we have voice services), etc...  But this one account doesn't show ANYTHING.  We can't even pay and now have a past due balance because of it.

Please help since we cannot interact with the account.

icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message. Click"Sign In" if necessary. 
 
Click the"Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person"
Instead, type "Comcast Business"there
 
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select
"Comcast Business" from that list
 A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Greetings Keith, thanks for providing the account details, I was able to successfully locate the account.

To confirm, your account details and ability to view billing is missing from only one account, is this correct?
