Comcast Business - Maintaince

Comcast did  a maintenance at my area today. After I got a text that its up . Intenrnet didnt work. I called into comcast and really dont underestand what tech support is saying. Her English was really had to understand and she ask if I'm dumb. After a second call into after I hung up. Another male had to understand and I can understand something like my static ip address wont take it.

my internet is down. My business is still down. I cant have it down any further.
