Comcast business app

I had been using the Comcast Business App just fine on my phone. At one point, I had to delete and download the app again and then resign in. When signing in and asked for my phone number, it would not accept my number as it says the line is already been assigned to the account. So, I typed in an incorrect number, just so I could get into the app. Once within the app, I do not see my correct phone number anywhere within the app and nor where it says all other assigned numbers. I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times, to no avail. Suggestions?

By clicking the "direct messaging" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
