Closing Business

Unfortunately, we are closing the business at the end of June 2025. I called this morning and was told that I have to call back May 21st 2025 to close the service on June 2nd 2025 oh and I have to pay an early termination fee of $175. I have been a faithful customer since 2016 with the business and I have had residential service faithfully since 2010 at least. More prior accounts as well. I still can’t find where in the TOS that it says $35 per month for a fee. I find it hard to believe that with a closing business this is what happens. I never believed in 2022 when I signed the contract that I would ever have to make such a hard decision. I also find it hard to believe that I can’t make arrangements prior to 30 days to stop service.

If you were under contract you would have the early termination fee for the remaining months @user_83bf62. We are unable to waive them. We do have limited access to business contracts on this platform and suggest for you to please give our Business partners a call at 855-971-2673 to discuss your contract.
