Change service from Business to Residential

Don't see this question recently. Hopefully someone can help. I would like to replace my Comcast Business service with regular Xfinity Residential service. If possible, I want to do it without having to sit on the phone forever. And do a self install and just swap the modems out on whatever day works.

From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
