Cashed Check Payment Applied To Wrong ACCT- Customer Support keeps closing the ticket!!

Please send an email address so I can upload a copy of the cashed/deposited check payment that was applied to the wrong account! 

Support opens a ticket stating they're sending me an email where I can upload the check copy to a portal. The email never comes and the ticket gets closed!
