I want to check the status of my promotional 1000 dollar comcast business card for [Edit; "Personal Information"]?

We don't have a number for the team, the website will check the status of your card. It does have to be more than 90 days since the installation to allow for processing. If it has been more than 90 days and the website does not provide additional information, we can help.

My problem is this site does not want to load regardless of what browser I use or cache I clear.  It always times out.

Have you tried using a different device?

Are you able to access the website if you use incognito mode?

I have the same issue, except for mine says it's authorized and they sent it 01/31/2025 ..it's not here still, which is weird. Any help?

JBAEZ Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums. I definitely understand the concern if you haven't received a gift card you were eligible for yet. The gift cards can take 4-6 weeks after being approved to be mailed out. I would be more than happy to take a look though and see what is happening with the gift card. Please send us a DM to Comcast Business with your full name, service address and the phone number associated with the account.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

I mean honestly I called this number several times I’ve also even checked on the portal if it says it’s authorized and sent or whatever and it should be there all last week and then I shouldn’t be going to extra extra steps just to get the card you know what I mean it’s not my issue but it just seems deceptive.
