Can't get xfinity to port my phone number of 17 years
Ive had the same phone number since this business opened - 17 years ago. It's on all our marketing materials, internet & website guides, area directories, and over 50,000 brochures. We changed our service to AT&T after months of frustration over Xfinity unrelable service and increasing monthly bills. They tell me the number is availble, but when I speak with AT&T they say it's still in Xfinity's pool of numbers and there is nothing to do. I get the run around when I call Xfinity. They say its avaiable, AT&T says it isn't. I have made an official complaint with the FCC today. Any other suggestions?
