Cannot receive emails on "domain".comcastbiz.net in Outlook.

We have a few email addresses (3) included in our comcast business internet package.

All of those email accounts using @"our_domain".comcastbiz.net have stopped working on Outlook and Microsoft Mail.

Could you please tell us why and help restore functionality?

Hey, @user_b161bf! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Business Forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with not being able to receive emails on these addresses. I would suggest reaching out to our Comcast Security Assurance team to see if that domain might be blocked. They can be reached at 1-888-565-4329. If they say that it is not on a block list, please let us know and we can look further into it.

Reaching Comcast security assurance team is impossible. they upfront warn the "more than 100 minutes wait time".

It seems that they are hiding their incompetence. Worst company I have seen so far. Terrible
