Cancelled accounts continue to be billed
We cancelled PRI Trunk service in July of 2024 and Ethernet on April 16, 2025. I have confirmation of disconnect for both accounts, yet we continue to be billed every single month. PRI Trunk is now showing almost $5K past due, which I will not be paying. I have called every single month for the PRI service and have been told that it will be corrected. I have also emailed to the contacts that I have (Matthew [Edited: "Personal Information"], Robert [Edited: "Personal Information"], Kelli [Edited: "Personal Information"], Melanie [Edited: "Personal Information"]) No one seems to be able to get this resolved. I am done wasting my time calling and emailing.

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name, service address, and the account numbers of the accounts that should be closed.
