Cancellation due to business closure

To Comcast Business Support,

I am writing as the authorized representative of Quality Learning Center Inc. to formally request the immediate cancellation of all services associated with accountat the service address: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Please note the following:

  • Business Status:The company has ceased operations and the office has been closed.

  • Termination Date:I request the service to be terminated effective 01/31/2026

  • Equipment: I am aware of the equipment return policy; however, I am unable to retrieve or return the leased equipment (Modem/Gateway) due to the office closure. Pleasebill the "Unreturned Equipment Fee" directly to our final statement. I accept these charges to expedite the closing of this account.

  • Final Bill:Please send the final consolidated bill (including any prorated charges and equipment fees)via email to: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I am also trying to close my account and tried speaking to the reps on this number. Everytime they are either forwarding my call to someone who doesn't answer, disconnect my call abruptly or say that they have to call me back due to some technical difficulty and never calls me back. Not sure this was intentional, but I am really furstrated.

Is there a link your support ported which can be used to cancel my service? Or, is there an email, fax number or physical address where I can send my cancellation order. I have only two more days for my 30 day money back gaurantee offer and I don't seem to have way to cancel my service (or alleast it is made so difficult to be able to cancel).
