CANCEL BUSINESS INTERNET AND BUSINESS VOICE EDGE SERVICES
Hello. Would like to cancel our business accounts for internet and voice edge phone services immediately. We have had nothing but problems since we moved locations and had our service switched over. I have called the retention department and am on hold for long periods and I have to work so I do not have that kind of time sit on hold for a representative. Have contacted customer service for help to correct issues and they always refer me to the app or say it is working when it clearly is not! If it was working, I would not be calling! Problems include- Be Anywhere App not working properly to manage our accounts, calls not set up from specific numbers to ring through to the Main Line during business hours, Voicemail message is set up but hangs up so clients are unable to leave messages, and 2 of our phones are not working correctly- one not working at all and the other cannot pick up calls even when transferred directly to their extension.
