Business account linking- not able to link any accounts
My organization has 4 Business accounts with separate login credentials. We are not able to link any of them. When signed into any of the accounts as the primary user, I get this error when trying to link any of the other 3:
- Unable to link account | We can’t find an eligible account associated with the information provided. Please review and try again. You have 2 attempts remaining.
This has been an issue for at least 5 years. I've escalated to various Business Account Managers over the years, but none were interested in helping and it never went anywhere productive. Comcast has some of the worst support in the industry.
What do I need to do to link our 4 accounts?

Hello, @user_2d6209 thank you for reaching out over the Comcast Business Forums. I completely understand wanting to get your multiple accounts linked for easier account control, and appreciate the details you've provided so far. I was reviewing the account linking document and noticed that if an account had previously been linked it would not be able to get linked again. It also mentions that linking can only be done by the primary profile: https://business.comcast.com/support/article/account-management/link-or-unlink-a-comcast-business-account
- Were any of the accounts previous linked?
