billing notification

I don't get any billing notification for paperless billing but I always get a past due notification with a $10 late fee added.

This is a real problem and I don't understand how they can send past due emails and not statement notification when the email is the same for both.

I have paid 2 late fees already due to this and it needs to stop. Comcast cannot d o this?

Hi, thank you for posting @snehal_patel! I'm sorry to hear you aren't getting the alerts when your payment is due. I understand; however, you get other alerts soon after. I can understand how this would be confusing. To help you customize your experience, we provide the options to select which alerts you'd like to receive and not receive. These options include alerts for an appointment reminder, payment reminder, and more importantly for you when a new bill is generated.

 

I ask that you please check these settings within your My Account App to ensure the alerts you need are enabled. This link shows you each step in that process: https://comca.st/3qlMeYB. Have you already edited the alerts for your profile? If not, could you give this a try?

Not sure what you mean here? If you sign up for paperless billing the ONLY way to get the monthly bill would be an email. I have been on paperless billing and now you are saying that I have to turn on billing notification else would never know that a bill was due?

Have never heard that paperless billing works this way?
