Billing does not match contract

Our company renewed our service agreement at the end of 2014.  The billing does not match our contract.  Our billing price for our static IP is currently $19.95, but our contract stated $14.95.  Also, we do not use Voicemail, our phone system has this feature built in.  It is currently being billed at $15/mo, but is listed as $0 on our contract.  Additionally, we did not request Music Choice.  When I reviewed our files, the contract we signed has this item checked, but it was not something we had prior.  We requested a renewal not any additional services.  I have tried contacting the rep who set up my renewal several times via email with no response.  Each time I have tried to call in, the wait is astounding and I have business to conduct.  Can someone please help me address this billing issue?

Hello mafulwideraisw and welcome,

Comcast raised some of it pricing starting Jan 1, 2015 according to this price change information link. If you have further billing issues you would like to obtain a clearer understanding of, please call 800-391-3000, using the billing option and the billing agent will go over you bill in detail with you.

Hope this helps you out.

Did you not read my first message?  I can't spend 30-45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a representative.  Why can't I get someone to call me?  Email me?  Anything?  I fully understand the bill I am reading and it is wrong!  I HAVE A BUSINESS CONTRACT AND THE PRICING NEVER MATCHED.  Regardless of the link information, that was no help at all, there has got to be someone who can review our contract and contact me.
