billing dispute for past invoices
Hi Comcast team,
There is always overcharged fee of about $15 for our past invoices through 2024/9/16~2025/5/15. And this issue still hasn't been solved yet. Could you pls help to issue credit of $101.9 total.

Hello @user_0c0225 Thanks for reporting your bill concerns to our team. If you have a business account we recommend calling into (800) 391-3000 for credits and billing disputes for the best resolution. If you have a home business/residentail account our team can help with billing.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
