Billing and customer service is terrible

I am tired of having to call this company every week and there is something different told to me each week. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and unable to work because it's always a different amount due, payment not being found, service being iinterruoted after a payment was just received, I don't need this stress. No one can explain to me why my account is suspended when a payment was scheduled for the 23rd, 3 days ago! Hadn't even reached my bank yet. I'm just over this and now, this is preventing me from making money to pay the bills and care for my unborn child because nothing is ever the same when you call. Online says a different amount, 2 reps I spoke to today said 2 different totals, and after the various calls and chats that I have made over the last 2 months, there is nothing that No one can do to get me back to work. I wish so badly that there was someone else in the area because I would have left long ago. Headache after headache!!
