Bill Download

In the past I was able to download my bill.  Now I can see the amount due but Can not download the bill.

 

Please help/advise.

Hello Justin and welcome to forums,

 

When accessing a printable version of your bill you can login to your Business Portal account at Here. Once there you can click the "Bills" link at the top of the page or click "View Bill Details" under your current account balance. Once here you will see a link under your account balance that says "View or Print full bill (PDF)" or "Download Bill" Clicking this link will trigger a download of your current billing statement. Please make  sure to allow pop-up's from this site to ensure you get the download request. If for any reason this does not work I can refresh your profile access. I hope this information helps.

Unfortunately that is not the solution for me, as I have the same problem.

I won't pay a bill where I don't have the details. A copy of the bill can't be send as the finance administration is not based in US.

How to solve this?

That is the location and link I am trying but it does not download the file.  I have unblocked pop ups tried different browsers with no success.

I am set up as Billing Manager with our account, followed steps in your discussion reply, but I can't download bills.  When I click the download link, nothing happens. Is there something else that needs to be done?

Hello ska and welcome to forums,

 

I have refreshed your profile permissions to try and fix this issue. As a precaution I have also created a Tier II ticket to review your profile. I am not aware of this being a known issue but if you or anyone is experiencing this issue please send me a private message with your account information and the email profile. With this I can refresh the permissions and be prepared to escalate for resolution. In addition if you need a copy of your invoice I can send it to the email you provide. I hope this information helps.

I am having the same issue that these other people are having. I need to download the bill to look at some items on it and cannot. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi,

I have tried all the options listed and when I click on Download Bill it doesn't do anything. Also I try billing details and nothing happens. Do I need to reset my preferences?? please advise. thanks
