Being Double Billed for 9 months on business internet account
I've attempted to reach out through chat and use the phone support line and i'm at the end of my wits, so maybe the people on this forum can help. We've been Double billed for our Deer Valley office Internet account for $507.27-$529.74 each month for nine months, starting in June 2022 and continuing to this day for a total of $4,612.56 ADDITIONAL billed to us!!! If we cannot finally get this resolved and have the mis-billed funds credited back, we will no longer be able to justify using Comcast for any of our 7 locations, and will be cancelling ALL of our contracts.

@user_09a1ca I appreciate you creating a post on our Business forums, though I do apologize that our team here is limited with our access to assist with billing concerns. I definitely want to help get you connected with our team to have this fully resolved though and am terribly sorry to hear that this has been happening. I know you've mentioned already speaking with our dedicated team over the phone, but I would recommend reaching out to them once more as they would be the best option to handle your business accounts.
