Autopay failed to withdraw fees and balance is due!!!
I set up Autopay before and it works fines last couple months, but today I got an email saying my account balance is due, I checked my credit card, comcast did not withdraw fees last month, and when I login Comcast online system, it shows Autopay is off, and my home address is also mess up, I never turn off the Autopay, never modify my address, nor get any notification about that.
And the current bill contains a $10 late fee, it's so ridiculous. if Comcast can not make Autopay stable, do not promise.
If there are 1 million people using Autopay, and Comcast shutdown the Autopay a month, then they will profit 10 Million dollars without doing anything!
Please reach out ASAP!!!

Hello Yuwei,
No this will not affect your credit history. If you do re-enroll in auto pay I recommend making a manual payment because it takes up to 2 billing cycles for auto pay to kick in.

Hello Yuwei and welcome to forums,
I apologize for the recent experience with the billing system that you had. As I show you still have not restarted the auto pay but it does take time for the systems to update. Perhaps it was an expired card that caused the missed payment. At any rate I am crediting the late fee back to your account. This should appear on your next billing statement. Please message back if you have any other issues that I can help with.
Thank You.

Will it affect my payment history or credit score?
The card is not expired, I will pay it manually.
