Another tax-exempt problem

As the treasurer of a religious organization that is sales tax-exempt in Pennsylvania, I need to know where and to whom I send a copy of our sales tax exemption certificate.

The Comcast account person I spoke to (very helpful, BTW) did not know.

Pennsylvania has issued us a sales tax exemption as a religious organization. The exemption number is (account specific information hidden).

Lynne Calamia, previously the name on the account is no longer related to our church. For some reason she dropped the sales tax exemption last March.

Please tell me how we proceed.
