Account Details

After logging in, I think I should be able to see my account terms online.  I was told by my Comcast rep this Spring that our contract ran out this year.  When I called in this morning I was told it is going to run another year, so disconnecting came with a hefty termination fee.  I wish I could have looked up that contract info online.
