2nd part of authentication for busness edge
I have a user name and such that was given to me by the company i work for. I used my phone number and got it verified. However when the 2 part authentication comes up it is a different phone number. Can't we just change that??? I have an open ticket but can't look at it due to the authentication problem. Is changing a p[hone number that hard when I have given all the right information to now 3 people at comcast????

@user_f17c0dNot being listed as an authorized contact within your company's Comcast Business account would make an update request to change something associated to your profile a bit tricky. Have you attempted to reach out to your HR contact within your company for assistance? They would potentially know their internal Comcast Business contact to get ahold of to input the request.
